Oh Polly did have an issue in the past regarding inclusivity. While the brand was trying to highlight body positivity, they did so in a way where many people on Instagram took offense. After creating a separate account for plus-size girls and minority models, it seemed to discredit their initial efforts. Many took to saying how separating the accounts didn't help their cause. Nowadays, Oh Polly hasn't had a recent scandal and is dedicated to having female leadership in the workplace, gender equality, and allow for a flexible workplace environment.
